Nan Qin / Chairman & CEO
Qin Nan, Doctor in Microbiology from Virginia Tech and EMBA from the China Europe International Business School, serves as a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the School of Medicine, Tongji University. He is an expert in the Shanghai Overseas High-level Talent Introduction Program and the winner of the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. Previously, he served as a special research fellow and doctoral supervisor of the State Key Laboratory for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University. Currently, he serves as a member of the 4th Council of the Shanghai Fuda Public Welfare Foundation and an editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Microecology.
Since 2009, he has presided over or participated in many national and ministerial and provincial-level scientific research projects and talent program projects and has published more than 50 papers in top international academic journals such as Nature and Science.

Liu Qiang, with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and operations, is deeply involved in the IVD field. As COO of the company, he is responsible for the company's marketing and commercial operations and development, establishing refined market stratification and sales strategies. He has led a sales team of over 50 people to expand business cooperation with core tertiary hospitals and grassroots hospitals nationwide and organize marketing channels for broad market coverage.
In 2022, he was awarded the Outstanding Talent title by the Chunshen Pyramid Talent Plan of Minhang District and was selected for the Young Talents Program of Minhang District. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Shandong University before becoming an EMBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Liu Jing, with a Ph.D. from Zhejiang University, is Deputy General Manager & CTO of Realbio Technology. She is also a member of the Minhang District Youth Federation and was selected for High-level Talent Training Program for Shanghai Industrial Elite. She has been deeply engaged in the field of precise tumor detection for a long time and research on the microbiome of the digestive tract for over 10 years. She was selected for the State-Sponsored Study Abroad Program and pursued her doctoral studies as a joint training candidate at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in Australia, under the guidance of Professor Chris McSweeney. She has been involved in several projects, including the 973 Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology and major international and regional cooperation research projects. Her research findings have been published in mainstream SCI journals, and She has been granted five patents.
As a versatile talent, Liu Jing has led the establishment of the Realbio detection service operation team, implementing a comprehensive service process from delivery to execution. She is also actively involved in frontline research, providing technical guidance in the field of early tumor detection and detection of unknown pathogens. She has played a crucial role in driving the clinical registration of early tumor detection products and possesses extensive research and clinical transformation experience.
