Qsep100Bioanalyzer integrates the tedious steps of traditional electrophoresis, such as sample preparation, reagent preparation, electrophoretic separation, signal detection and result interpretation, without the need for manual gel preparation, staining, sample addition, and photographing, and it is easy to operate, with automatic calculation of fragment size, and beautiful and easy-to-judge results. The technology adopts disposable pre-made gel clamps, which can directly detect and analyze the whole plate samples of 96-well plates, which greatly improves the work efficiency and significantly reduces the experimental cost.

cf/ct DNA quality control
The quality of cf/ctDNA extraction is one of the most important factors in determining the subsequent quality. The above figure shows the results of the cfDNA sample with a concentration of 7 pg/uL. The result shows that the main band is obvious and the size is 177bp, which is as expected.
